Paula Holland De Long ACC, CPCC – Speaker, Life Coach, Author, Artist, Cancer Survivor
Should it take facing death to learn how to live? Speaker, life coach, author, and 20-year cancer survivor Paula Holland De Long’s message of “Dare to Live What Matters Now” creates confidence, clarity, purpose, and joy for clients and audiences around the country.  She’s helped thousands of people decide and live what matters most to them.

Paula’s appeal and success come from her willingness to talk about the tough stuff and to challenge the status quo. She says, “I want people to feel a wake-up call, and urge to grab life and say “I deserve more passion and joy now. What am I waiting for?” One of the most exciting things about my work is a life coach is helping people walk through their fear and achieving “I did it!!!” moments.” Over 95% of Paula’s clients report significant increases in their feelings of empowerment, and their ability to make choices and take action in all areas of their lives.

Her proven What’s Next life coaching process uses accelerated learning tools, expressive art projects, and other holistic techniques that facilitate deep healing and a strong commitment to living well now rather than later. Over 98% of Paula’s clients report significant increases in their feelings of empowerment, and ability to make choices and take action in all areas of their lives.

Because life coaching is done primarily over the phone and online, Paula works with people around the world. She offers a No Cost / No Obligation consultation to anyone interested in life coaching. Email Paula to get started.
